川芎嗪对重症胰腺炎大鼠肾细胞凋亡的影响The effects of Ligustrazine on Renal Cell Apoptosis of Rats with Aevere Acute Pancreatitis

摘要(Abstract):
目的评价川芎嗪对重症急性胰腺炎大鼠肾细胞凋亡的影响及保护机制。方法雌性SD大鼠45只,随机分为对照组、重症急性胰腺炎模型组、川芎嗪治疗组,以4%牛磺胆酸钠逆行胰胆管注射方法复制大鼠重症急性胰腺炎模型。光镜下观察大鼠肾脏病理变化,动态检测血清淀粉酶(AMY)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Cr)水平,TUNEL法检测肾小管细胞凋亡率,Western blotting法检测肾脏Bcl-2和Bax蛋白表达水平。结果与对照组比较,模型组及川芎嗪组肾脏病理损伤程度随病情进展逐渐加重,血清AMY、Cr、BUN水平均明显升高,肾小管细胞的凋亡率明显增加,Bcl-2/Bax比值显著减少;川芎嗪处理后,Bcl-2/Bax比值较模型组同时间点均显著升高,其余指标较模型组同时间点均显著降低,川芎嗪治疗组肾脏病理损伤改善程度优于模型组。结论川芎嗪可能促进Bcl-2高表达并减弱Bax表达,抑制肾小管细胞凋亡,对重症急性胰腺炎大鼠肾损伤产生保护作用。
