摘要(Abstract)：
<正> 本文接上篇继续探讨中医药在OLTF急救中的价值。 3 关于渗出性水肿对OLTF危害的新认识及其防治的新措施 目前,外源扩容仍是医生凭主观判断,缺多少补多少地补充,但有时单纯外源扩容并非绝对完美无缺。因抢救休克时,血管往往“边扩边漏”,即全身毛细血管通透性加强,严重时引起弥漫性毛细血管渗漏综合征(Diffuse Capillary Leak Syndrome),使血压上升不稳;液体滴速稍快,又容易发生心衰、急性肺水肿(这是因客观上危重患者机体自我调整能力与承受能力均下降,
