摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨活血清解汤对大鼠急性胰腺炎(AP)治疗作用机制。方法将60只SD雄性大鼠随机分为3组:正常对照组组、非治疗组、活血清解汤治疗组。采用经腹腔注射L-精氨酸制作大鼠急性胰腺炎模型,经注胃管给予生理盐水或中药,每6小时1次。NS组、非治疗组、活血清解汤治疗组分别于造模后24、36h处死各10只。分别取血查血清淀粉酶、TNF、IL-1、IL-10。观察各组胰腺组织的病理变化并评分,同时行末端脱氧核苷酸转换酶介导的原位末端标记检测胰腺细胞凋亡情况。结果活血清解汤治疗组24h、36h血清淀粉酶、TNF、IL-1活性明显下降,而IL-10水平明显上升;胰腺组织出血坏死减轻,24h、36h病理评分均低于非治疗组;给药后24、36h胰腺细胞凋亡指数均高于非治疗组。结论中药活血清解汤能控制过度的炎性反应状态,维持细胞因子网络平衡,诱导非治疗受损胰腺细胞凋亡,起到治疗急性胰腺炎作用。
