健心颗粒对慢性心衰心肌纤维化影响的实验研究The Experimental Study on the Effect of Jianxin Granule on Myocardial Fibrosis in Chronic Heart Failure in Rats

摘要(Abstract)：
目的探讨健心颗粒对慢性心衰(CHF)心肌纤维化(MF)的影响。方法以32周老龄自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的CHF模型作为研究对象,观察应用健心颗粒4周后SHR大鼠MF,检测血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、心钠素(ANP)、脑钠素(BNP)水平。结果健心颗粒可以降低SHR大鼠MF、血浆中AngⅡ及ANP、BNP水平。结论健心颗粒可以减轻MF,改善心功能。
