动脉硬化闭塞症(寒凝血瘀证)家兔模型的制备和评价Preparation and Evaluation of Rabbit Model of Atherosclerosis Obliterans with Coagulated Cold and Blood Stasis

摘要(Abstract):
目的 研讨动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)(寒凝血瘀证)家兔模型的制备和评价。方法 在高脂高胆固醇饲料喂养的基础上,用冰袋冷敷法建立寒凝血瘀证动物模型,采用电流刺激股髂动脉法制备动脉硬化闭塞症模型。结果 模型组家兔出现寒凝血瘀证的表现;血脂水平明显高于正常组;股动脉内膜有脂质斑块;股动脉出现中膜变厚,内皮细胞脱落,血管平滑肌细胞增殖明显,有大量泡沫细胞形成及炎性细胞浸润等病理改变,血清中血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、碱性成纤维细胞因子(b FGF)和血栓素A2(TXA2)含量显著升高。结论 采用病证联合造模方法可成功复制ASO(寒凝血瘀证)家兔模型,本方法为今后此类疾病的实验研究提供了一种可靠的模型制备方法和思路。
