摘要(Abstract)：

目的观察中药外敷联合冲击波对急性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎患者疗效及对关节液中炎症因子、膝关节功能影响并探讨其作用机制。方法患者88例随机分为两组,两组患者在患膝肿胀时均行等长肌力收缩训练,待肿胀消除后行膝关节主动屈伸训练及等张肌力训练。对照组加予冲击波治疗,观察组在此基础上加予中药外敷。比较两组患者疗效、关节液中炎症因子、膝关节功能及不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组的81.82%(P <0.05)。干预后两组患者关节液中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血沉(ESR)水平较干预前均下降(P <0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P <0.05)。干预后两组患者Lysholm膝关节评分较干预前逐渐增高(P <0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P <0.05)。对照组出现3例(6.82%)不良反应,观察组出现2例(4.55%)不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论中药外敷联合冲击波治疗较单纯使用冲击波治疗可明显提高膝关节滑膜炎患者疗效,降低关节液中炎症因子水平,改善膝关节功能,不增加不良反应发生率。
