摘要(Abstract)：

目的观察咳嗽变异性哮喘大鼠气道平滑肌中自噬蛋白表达情况及加味芎蝎散的干预作用。方法40只大鼠随机分为4组:空白对照组,模型组,孟鲁司特钠组,中药组。Masson法检测胶原沉积、气道壁平滑肌细胞增生,免疫组化和WB法检测自噬蛋白LC3和Beclin1表达情况。结果与对照组相比,CVA大鼠平滑肌组织增生、肥大,胶原沉积,纤维化程度增强。免疫组化和WB实验证实,CVA大鼠自噬蛋白Beclin1和LC3明显降低,而中药组有明显的缓解作用。结论加味芎蝎散可能通过增强气道平滑肌中自噬蛋白的表达来抑制气道重塑。
