心元胶囊对冠心病患者内皮依赖性血管舒张功能的影响

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 观察心元胶囊对冠心病患者内皮依赖性血管舒张功能的影响并探讨其机制。方法 冠心病患者56例作为治疗组,另选非冠心病者40例作为对照组;治疗组予心元胶囊口服。治疗组予治疗前后分别检测血脂、血糖水平,并以超声诊断系统观测肱动脉内径;对照组于被纳入观测时即检测上述项目。结果 治疗组治疗前血脂水平与肱动脉舒张功能与对照组比较差异有显著性;治疗后,治疗组血脂水平明显改善,肱动脉舒张功能与对照组相近;统计分析表明,LDL是影响肱动脉舒张功能的重要因素。结论 心元胶囊可改善冠心病患者内皮依赖性血管舒张功能,其机理与调节血脂水平有关。
