摘要(Abstract)：

目的观察康复训练结合针灸治疗脑卒中后遗症吞咽困难的临床疗效。方法将100例患者按随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组给予对症治疗和吞咽功能训练,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用针灸治疗,治疗时间均为2周。比较两组的总有效率;观察治疗前后两组X线电视透视法(VFSS)、Barthel指数评分标准(MBI)、功能独立性评测(FIM)评分的变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为92.00%,明显高于对照组的78.00%。治疗后两组各评分均显著升高,且治疗组与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸结合康复训练对脑卒中后吞咽困难有较好的治疗作用,对吞咽功能的恢复有重要意义。
