针刺合谷穴脑功能磁共振成像研究进展

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>随着针刺治疗效果被越来越多的人认可和接受,对于针刺作用机制的研究也日趋成为一个研究的热点。然而,由于无法在人体直接获得针刺效应中枢机制的客观而直观的资料,对中枢神经系统在针刺效应中的作用研究显得非常困难。20世纪90年代以来,随着神经影像技术的发展与运用,针刺负荷脑功能成像为阐明针刺治疗的中枢机制建立了现代医学研究手段。本文对应用功能磁共振成像(fMRI)技术观察针刺合谷穴的作用机制的相关研究做一概述。
