芍药甙对PC12细胞缺血性损伤的保护及机制研究Protective Effect of Paeoniflorin Against Ischemic Injury in Cultured PC12 Cells

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 探讨芍药甙 (PAE)对 PC12细胞缺血样损伤模型的保护作用及其机制。方法 采用组织培养法，以肾上腺嗜铬瘤克隆化细胞株 PC12细胞为材料，制备缺糖损伤、缺氧损伤、自由基损伤、 Caf损伤、 NO损伤及 GIu毒性损伤模型。结果 形态学检查发现 PAE对 6种脑缺血样损伤模型中 PC12细胞具有明显保护作用， MTT染色提示 PAE可显著提高损伤模型中 PC12细胞的存活数，降低胞浆释放的 LDH水平。结论 除缺氧损伤外， PAE对其他 PC12细胞缺血样损伤有显著的保护作用，其作用机制可能与抑制损伤后期出现的胞内钙超载相关。
