醒脑静注射液治疗病毒性发热的实验研究Experimental Study On Xingnaojing Injection in Treating Viral Fever

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨醒脑静治疗病毒性发热的中枢机理。方法:用兔出血热病毒造成家兔病毒性高热模型,观察醒脑静的退热效应及对中枢发热介质的影响。结果:(1)在注射醒脑静后24小时左右动物开始发热,直肠温度升高1.5℃~2.5℃。醒脑静组较模型组提前2~3小时降至39℃以下。(2)醒脑静组高热持续时间及发热指数较模型组明显缩短,P<0.01。(3)醒脑静组在注射醒脑静后,随着热度下降,脑脊液中PGE_2和cAMP含量明显下降,与模型组比较P<0.01。结论:醒脑静注射液能有效降低兔出血热病毒家兔高热模型的发热指数,降低脑脊液前列腺素E_2和环核苷酸发热介质。
