芪参活血颗粒对内毒素血症大鼠动脉收缩性的影响及机制研究Approach on Effect and Mechanism of Qishenhuoxue Granule on Artery Contractility Changes of Rats with Endotoxaemia

摘要(Abstract):
目的观察芪参活血颗粒对内毒素血症大鼠动脉收缩活性的影响,并初步探讨其可能的机制。方法将wistar大鼠分为空白对照组、模型组、芪参活血颗粒治疗组、芪参活血颗粒预防组。制备离体胸主动脉环,应用血管张力检测技术检测各组血管环对KCl的反应性并绘制剂量反应曲线。结果与空白对照组相比,内毒素血症大鼠胸主动脉血管环最大收缩反应明显降低(P<0.05);与内毒素组相比,芪参活血颗粒预防组和治疗组血管环收缩反应性明显增强;L-NAME处理后,模型组动脉环对KCl的最大收缩能力明显升高,芪参活血颗粒预防组及治疗组升高程度介于两组之间。结论内毒素血症时血管NO过量生成,导致血管的持续舒张状态和对收缩物质的低反应性;芪参活血颗粒能够下调iNOS的表达,减少舒血管物质NO的合成来提高血管对收缩物质的反应性。
