芍药苷对急性缺氧前扣带回锥体神经元的影响Effect of Paeoniflorin on Anterior Cingulate Cortex Pyramidal Neurons After Acute Hypoxia

摘要(Abstract):
目的探讨芍药苷对急性缺氧形成的前扣带回(ACC)锥体神经元损伤的保护作用。方法应用全细胞膜片钳技术记录急性缺氧ACC锥体神经元微小兴奋性突触后电流(mEPSC)频率的变化,观察芍药苷对急性缺氧后mEPSC的影响。结果急性缺氧后,ACC锥体神经元的mEPSC频率明显增加;灌流含有芍药苷(300μmol/L)的正常人工脑脊液(ACSF),神经元的mEPSC频率与急性缺氧后相比明显降低。结论芍药苷可能通过抑制急性缺氧ACC锥体神经元mEPSC的频率,调节突触活动的可塑性变化,达到神经保护作用。
