摘要(Abstract)：

<正>非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)是一种无过量饮酒史肝实质细胞脂肪性变和脂肪贮积为特征的临床病理综合征,病程包括单纯性脂肪肝、脂肪性肝炎和脂肪性肝纤维化,最后可能演变成肝硬化和肝癌。近年来,我国的NAFLD发病率明显上升,已成为仅次于病毒性肝炎的第2大肝病。目前药物治疗不能从根本上解决问题,所以积极预防NAFLD至关重要。中医的优势在
