电磁波谱治疗仪联合中药渗透干预膝骨关节炎急性发作期临床观察

摘要(Abstract)：
目的观察电磁波谱治疗仪(TDP治疗仪)照射联合中药渗透对原发性膝骨关节炎(KOA)急性发作期关节症状的改善。方法随机选取KOA患者60例,随机对照分为观察组、对照组各30例,两组患者均口服氯诺昔康分散片,观察组再采用外敷自制活血止痛散联合TDP神灯照射患处。20 d后对两组患者进行疗效评价分析。结果观察组总有效率76.67%,明显优于对照组的43.33%(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后观察指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TDP治疗仪照射联合自制活血止痛散外敷渗透治疗KOA急性发作期疗效显著,且简单易行。
