加味香连丸对急性放射性肠炎大鼠NF-κB信号通路的影响Effect of Jiawei Xianglian Pills on NF-κB Signaling Pathway in Rats with Acute Radiation Enteritis

摘要(Abstract):
目的 探究加味香连丸对急性放射性肠炎大鼠核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)信号通路的影响。方法 将40只SPF级SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、加味香连丸组、思密达组。对除正常组外的3组大鼠予直线加速器6-MV的X射线单次全腹部照射,总剂量12 Gy,剂量率200 cGy/min,建立急性放射性肠炎模型。照射后12 h开始灌胃,观察各组大鼠形态学、体质量变化;利用光学显微镜下观察及图像分析软件对比各组肠组织病理改变,并用ELISA法测定肠组织Toll样受体4(TLR-4)、NF-κB p65、白细胞介素(IL)-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量。结果 模型大鼠均出现急性放射性肠炎症状,小肠组织不同程度地出血、坏死。加味香连丸组TLR-4、NF-κB p65及相关炎症因子IL-6、TNF-α含量与正常组比较未见明显差异(P> 0.05)。结论 加味香连丸对急性放射性肠炎大鼠NF-κB信号通路存在影响,能改善相关炎症指标,阻止炎症信号放大,对肠道黏膜起到一定的保护作用。
