尖叶假龙胆对脂多糖诱导脓毒症模型大鼠急性肾损伤的保护作用研究Protective Effects of Gentianella Acuta on LPS-induced Acute Kidney Injury in Sepsis Rats

摘要(Abstract):
目的观察尖叶假龙胆对脂多糖(LPS)诱导脓毒症大鼠急性肾损伤的保护作用。方法通过单次腹腔注射LPS(7 mg/kg)制备模型,以地塞米松为阳性对照药,通过观察与检测大鼠的一般情况、尿量、血清尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(Scr)及尿中肾组织肾损伤分子-1(KIM-1)、中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)水平,考察尖叶假龙胆对大鼠急性肾损伤保护作用。结果造模后24 h时,尖叶假龙胆组、地塞米松组血清Scr和BUN、尿液中KIM-1与NGAL含量与模型组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论尖叶假龙胆对LPS诱导脓毒症模型大鼠急性肾损伤模型有一定的保护作用,其机制可能与抑制KIM-1与NGAL蛋白有关。
