摘要(Abstract)：

目的研究复方溃结康灌肠液对葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS)诱导溃疡性结肠炎大鼠结肠黏膜的保护作用。方法将大鼠随机均等分为正常组、模型组、复方溃结康灌肠液低剂量组(787.5 mg/kg)、复方溃结康灌肠液中剂量组(1575 mg/kg)、复方溃结康灌肠液高剂量组(3150 mg/kg)、美沙拉嗪组(5 mL/kg),除正常组外,自由饮用4.5%DSS溶液7 d制备溃疡性结肠炎模型,各治疗组给予相应药物行灌肠干预,每日称取大鼠体质量,检测便潜血,评估疾病活动指数(DAI);干预结束后,处死大鼠,取结肠组织,观察大鼠病理损伤及进行结肠组织病理学(HS)评价,同时应用化学比色法来检测髓过氧化物酶(MPO)的活性。结果与正常组相比,DSS诱导的UC大鼠毛色、活动度、潜血、大便性状等一般情况较差,体质量下降明显,DAI指数最大,病理损伤明显,HS评分最重,MPO活性较正常组更高(P<0.01),经过7 d的干预后,各治疗组均有不同程度的好转,能够降低DAI指数和HS评分,下调MPO活性水平(P<0.01)。结论复方溃结康灌肠液对DSS诱导溃疡性结肠炎大鼠有较好的治疗作用,能够明显改善腹痛腹泻、脓血等临床症状,还能降低结肠炎症细胞的浸润,保护结肠黏膜。
