摘要(Abstract)：

目的分析并总结针刺治疗偏头痛的选穴共性和规律。方法采用以"偏头痛""针刺""选穴""疗效分析"为主题词加关键词的检索方式,收集中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库、Medline数据库中针刺治疗偏头痛的临床文献,用Excel 2003软件建立治疗偏头痛针刺处方主穴数据库,运用数据挖掘技术中的关联规则方法和聚类方法,分析针刺处方用穴的特点和规律。结果总纳入针刺处方72条,使用频次最高的穴位、经络和部位分别为风池、足少阳胆经和头面部及颈项部,关联规则结果显示置信度最高的穴位组合为百会、风池,聚类分析结果显示存在3个有效聚类群。结论临床治疗偏头痛可以使用百会、太阳、风池组合,并结合具体情况搭配太冲、阳陵泉等穴位进行辨证施治。
