摘要(Abstract)：

临床思维的教学是住院医师规范化培训的一个基本内容,目前的培养模式达到的效果不甚满意。针对中医急诊临床思维培训中的困境,笔者所在的教学团队通过明确教学目标与教学内容、厘清教学现状、优化与重组教学形式,进行了一系列的改革,从而提高中医住院医师规范化培训中的急诊临床思维的培训质量,最终实现岗位胜任力的培养目的。
