全真一气汤总多糖对免疫抑制小鼠血清IL-6和TNF-α的影响Effect of Total Polysaccharide of Quanzhenyiqi Decoction on IL-6 and TNF-α in serum of Immune Suppression Mice

摘要(Abstract):
目的观察全真一气汤总多糖对免疫抑制小鼠血清IL-6和TNF-α的影响。方法取SPF级KM小鼠24只随机分为正常对照组、模型组和全真一气汤总多糖组,分别给予生理盐水和全真一气汤总多糖灌胃,共8d。在第7日给模型组、全真一气汤总多糖组小鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺。采用酶免法检测各组IL-6和TNF-α。结果模型组血清IL-6和TNF-α水平明显降低,与正常对照组比较,具有显著差异,而全真一气汤多糖组IL-6和TNF-α水平与模型组比较明显升高,具有显著差异。全真一气汤多糖组与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论全真一气汤多糖可升高免疫抑制小鼠血清的IL-6和TNF-α水平,表明全真一气汤多糖具有刺激免疫抑制小鼠机体的细胞因子分泌,调节免疫功能的作用。
