摘要(Abstract)：

本文对克罗恩病的中医证型、中药处方辨证施治以及针刺、艾灸等不同治疗方法进行归纳总结。根据国内外近10年的研究报道,发现多从湿热内蕴、气滞血瘀、肝郁乘脾、脾虚湿困、脾肾阳虚证5个主要证型进行辨证论治,而针灸治疗克罗恩病已成为新的研究方向,已在临床及实验研究中得到初步论证,可为临床提供有效的治疗方案参考。
