摘要(Abstract)：

目的研究管灸对面神经损伤家兔面神经核中脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)及其受体蛋白激酶B受体(Trk B)表达的影响。方法采用机械压榨法制作家兔面神经损伤模型,将家兔随机分为假手术组、模型组、管灸组、热疗组,通过免疫组化学法检测各组面神经核中BDNF及其受体TrkB的蛋白表达变化。结果家兔面神经损伤后面神经核BDNF及其受体TrkB的表达均明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),管灸组面神经核BDNF及其受体Trk B的表达均显著高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论管灸疗法可显著提高面神经核中BDNF及其受体TrkB的表达,这可能对促进面神经损伤后面神经核的再生和修复有重要作用。
