基于代谢组学研究中医药治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效的临床进展

摘要(Abstract):
中药治疗冠心病具有多靶点、多成分协同作用的特点,在临床防治冠心病心绞痛中独具优势,但其复杂的成分为研究带来了难度。代谢组学是一门研究生物体内代谢物及代谢途径的新兴学科,能够整体、动态地反映生物体内代谢表征及变化,与中医学的整体观相吻合,为中药治疗冠心病的研究提供了新方法。本文综述了近年来基于代谢组学冠心病心绞痛中医证候生物学基础及中药治疗冠心病心绞痛的研究进展。
