大蒜素对脂多糖诱导的大鼠肺组织水通道蛋白-1表达的影响Effect of Allicin on Expression of AQP-1 in Pulmonary Tissues of Septic Rats

摘要(Abstract)：
目的研究大蒜素对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的急性肺损伤(ALI)大鼠肺组织中水通道蛋白(AQP)-1表达的变化,探讨AQP-1表达与ALI的关系。方法 30只SD大鼠随机分为LPS组、大蒜素组和对照组,每组10只,在用药后6 h检测肺组织AQP-1表达情况。结果与对照组比较,LPS组AQP-1蛋白和mRNA表达明显降低,大蒜素干预后AQP-1蛋白和mRNA表达明显上升。结论大蒜素可能通过抑制LPS诱导的大鼠肺组织AQP-1表达的降低达到改善ALI的作用。
