温阳散寒补气养血法对非小细胞肺癌患者外周血树突状细胞影响的研究Clinical Study of Warming Yang to Expel Coldness and Invigorating Qi and Nourishing Blood Recipe on the Dendritic Cell in Peripheral Blood of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

摘要(Abstract)：
目的观察温阳散寒补气养血法治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效及其对外周血树突状细胞的影响。方法将41例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组,对照组20例予常规方案化疗,治疗组21例在对照组治疗同时予温阳散寒补气养血法治疗,共治疗56d;比较两组患者原发灶改变及新转移灶发生情况、生存质量评分变化、外周血树突状细胞计数变化。结果两组原发灶瘤体变化相近;治疗组淋巴结转移率低于对照组,生存质量评分提高及稳定率高于对照组;治疗组治疗后树突状细胞计数及其与外周血单核细胞比值升高。结论温阳散寒补气养血法配合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌能减少转移,提高生存质量,其疗效机制可能与提高树突状细胞数量有关。
