丹参酮ⅡA对压力超负荷心肌肥厚大鼠交感神经重构的影响Effect of Tanshinone ⅡA on the Sympathetic Reconstruction in Rats with Cardiac Hypertrophy Induced by Pressure Overload

摘要(Abstract):
目的丹参酮ⅡA对压力超负荷心肌肥厚大鼠交感神经重构的影响。方法将40只大鼠随机分为模型组(TAC)和假手术组(Sham),每组均随机给予丹参酮ⅡA(TanⅡA)或生理盐水(Saline)处理,观察连续治疗12周后的左心室的生长相关蛋白43(GAP43)、酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)蛋白、神经生长因子(NGF)表达水平、GAP43和TH阳性神经纤维密度。结果与Sham+Saline组相比,TAC处理可导致左心室的TH、GAP43及NGF的蛋白水平上升,且GAP43和TH阳性神经纤维密度均上升;Tan ⅡA可有效地改善TAC的症状;TanⅡA对Sham组的各项指标没有影响。结论压力超负荷心肌肥厚大鼠的交感神经发生重构,采用TanⅡA可改善心肌交感神经重构。
