补阳还五汤对动脉粥样硬化大鼠模型C反应蛋白的影响Effect of Buyanghuanwu Decoction on C Reactive Protein of Rats Model with Atherosclerosis

摘要(Abstract):
目的利用高脂饲料诱发的动脉粥样硬化(AS)模型,观察补阳还五汤对C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法大鼠造模成功后,随机分为4组:补阳还五汤组以补阳还五汤17.5g/(kg.d)灌胃;川芎嗪组给予川芎嗪0.2 g/(kg.d)灌胃;正常组及模型组喂普通饲料。用药30d后测定CRP、血脂。结果高脂饮食可诱导大鼠形成AS模型,模型组的血脂明显高于正常组。补阳还五汤组CRP、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白水平均显著低于川芎嗪组、模型组。结论补阳还五汤具有抗AS作用,降低CRP和血脂可能是其作用机制之一。
