自拟止血方联合泮托拉唑治疗急性上消化道出血的疗效观察

摘要(Abstract)：
目的观察自拟止血方联合泮托拉唑治疗急性上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法将60例患者按电脑随机法分为两组,各30例。对照组患者在对症治疗的基础上给予泮托拉唑静滴,治疗组在对照组基础上加用自拟止血方,两组均以3 d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察并比较两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。治疗组在止血时间、住院时间、输血量及总出血量方面均明显优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论自拟止血方联合泮托拉唑治疗急性上消化道出血临床疗效显著,可明显缩短止血时间,减少输血量。
