调气息风法对脑缺血大鼠ICAM-1、IL-1β及TNF-α表达的影响The Influence of Method of Tiaoqixifeng to the Levels of ICAM-1、IL-1 β and TNF-α of the Rats with Cerebral Ischemia

摘要(Abstract)：
目的观察调气息风合剂对脑缺血大鼠血清及脑组织内IL-β、TNF-α及ICAM-1表达的影响。方法将40只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、对照组和治疗组,后三组采用线栓法制成大脑中动脉阻塞模型;用药7d后测定各组血清和脑组织IL-β、TNF-α水平及血清、脑组织ICAM-1活性。结果调气息风合剂在脑缺血损伤后显著抑制ICAM-1、TL-1β、TNF-α的表达,与对照组相比有明显优势。结论调气息风合剂通过抑制脑缺血损伤后ICAM-1介导的一系列炎症,从而在一定程度上减轻脑组织的损伤。
