摘要(Abstract)：

目的观察肌筋膜疼痛触发点的超声回声特征,探讨肌骨超声引导下针刺肌筋膜疼痛触发点疗法缓解运动性疼痛的临床疗效。方法将患者70例随机分为两组各35例,超声组采用肌骨超声观察肌筋膜疼痛触发点的超声回声特征,在超声引导下行针刺肌筋膜疼痛触发点治疗;经验组行针刺肌筋膜疼痛触发点治疗。一共接受3次治疗。结果超声组疗程结束时、疗程结束1个月后、疗程结束3月后的肌筋膜疼痛触发点回声分值较第1次治疗前均升高(P<0.05),第1次治疗后与第1次治疗前的回声分值无明显差异(P>0.05);两组第1次治疗后、疗程结束时、疗程结束1月后、疗程结束3个月后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分均降低,并且超声组治疗后各时间点VAS评分均低于经验组(均P<0.05);治疗后各阶段VAS评分与MTrPs回声分值均呈正相关。结论针刺肌筋膜疼痛触发点疗法可有效缓解运动性疼痛,超声与针刺肌筋膜疼痛触发点疗法相结合可优化其疗效并予以客观评价,具有较好的临床应用价值。
