摘要(Abstract)：

目的研究新疆家蚕抗菌肽Cecropin XJ抗肝癌细胞BEL-7402的功能并探讨其机制。方法分别利用CCK-8和体内移植瘤模型检测Cecropin XJ抑制肝癌细胞生长的功能,检测其对正常肝脏细胞(LO2细胞)和小鼠血液系统的影响,并通过Western blotting检测凋亡相关蛋白表达情况。结果 Cecropin XJ可显著抑制BEL-7402细胞的增殖和体内移植瘤的生长,对正常肝脏细胞和小鼠血液系统无明显影响,抑瘤率为36.7%,Western blotting结果显示Cecropin XJ可以显著上调Bax/Bcl-2的表达,促进Cleaved-Casp3的表达。结论Cecropin XJ具有抑制肝癌BEL-7402细胞增殖作用,并且无明显毒副作用,其机制与诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡相关。
