摘要(Abstract)：

目的探寻电针在预防铂类化疗药物引起的恶心呕吐不适症状的疗效规律。方法 60例患者接受顺铂方案化疗,按随机数字表法分为电针组与对照组各30例。两组化疗方案均由肿瘤医师制定,电针组除接受基础治疗外,在化疗开始前1 d及化疗3 d期间加用断续波电针刺激足三里、内关、中脘穴。评估两组化疗结束次日及第4日"恶心呕吐干呕"量表评分,并对电针组和肿瘤医师疗效满意度评分。结果电针组患者化疗结束次日在恶心次数、恶心持续时间和呕吐程度改善方面优于对照组(均P<0.05),在化疗结束第4日,恶心程度改善优于对照组(P<0.05);90%的患者及66.7%的肿瘤医师对提前针灸治疗化疗后恶心呕吐(CINV)不适症状疗效认可。结论提前电针刺激足三里、中脘、内关穴,对铂类化疗患者恶心次数、恶心持续时间及恶心呕吐程度评分具有积极的临床意义。
