摘要(Abstract)：

冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变(CTO)是临床上最为严重的冠心病病变类型,具有病残率高、死亡率高、预后差等特点。本文对CTO的临床及病变特征进行分析,阐述目前介入治疗CTO的现状,从中医角度认识及分析CTO,对其治疗决策进行思考,探讨中医诊治CTO的思路。
