电针对糖尿病大鼠造影剂肾损伤的保护作用Pr otective Effects of Electro-acupuncture on Renal Injury in Diabetic Contrast-induced Nephropathy Rats

摘要(Abstract):
目的观察电针对造影剂肾病模型(CIN模型)大鼠肾损伤的影响。方法选取雄性清洁级SD大鼠50只,随机选取10只大鼠为对照组,将剩余40只制备成糖尿病模型,造模成功30只,随机分为模型组,电针组,冬虫夏草组,各10只,糖尿病模型建好后饲养9周,对照组与模型组给予等量0.9%氯化钠注射液灌胃,电针组给予电针治疗,冬虫夏草组给予冬虫夏草菌粉[3 g/(kg·d)]灌胃,各组干预1周后建立糖尿病CIN模型,处死大鼠,摘取左肾,以备肾脏病理研究,摘取右肾,用于Western blotting定量分析,观察各组大鼠的尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、氧化应激指标及肾组织Caspase-3、Caspase-9蛋白检测水平,并采用HE染色和TUNEL染色观察各组肾脏组织的病理改变。结果 1)与模型组比较,冬虫夏草组、电针组的大鼠的BUN、Scr、Kim-l、NGAL均明显下降(P <0.05)。2)与模型组比较,冬虫夏草组、电针组氧化应激指标均降低,以及Caspase-9、Caspase-3表达水平均升高(P <0.05)。3)其中冬虫夏草组、电针组差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论电针能够减轻糖尿病大鼠CIN的早期肾损害,且与冬虫夏草治疗效果相当。
