加味芎蝎散对咳嗽变异性哮喘大鼠气道重塑及气道平滑肌相关凋亡分子表达的影响Effects of Modified Xiongxie San on Airway Remolding in CVA Rats and the Expression of Related Apoptosis Factor

摘要(Abstract):
目的探讨加味芎蝎散对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)大鼠气道重塑的作用及相关凋亡分子表达。方法 40只大鼠随机分成对照组、模型组、顺尔宁组、加味芎蝎散组;造模后分组给予相应的药物干预;采用HE观察各组支气管上皮细胞损伤情况、Masson染色法对大鼠支气管厚度,平滑肌厚度及胶原纤维沉积进行检测,免疫组化法检测气道平滑肌凋亡相关分子Bax、Bcl-2、Fas、Fas L、Caspase3的表达。结果模型组支气管上皮变性、坏死,支气管厚度增加,胶原纤维沉积明显,气道平滑肌细胞Bax/Bcl-2、Fas、Caspase3表达减少,而顺尔宁组、加味芎蝎散组具有明显升高的作用。结论加味芎蝎散可通过促进气道平滑肌凋亡分子的表达来减轻CVA大鼠的气道重塑作用,从而发挥对于CVA的治疗作用。
