经皮穴位电刺激对健康受试者脑电双频指数的影响The Effect of Transcutaneous Electrical Acupoints Stimulation on Bispectral Index of Health Volunteers

摘要(Abstract):
目的观察经皮穴位电刺激对健康受试者脑电双频指数(BIS)的影响。方法选择健康成人志愿者60例,随机分为A组(穴位电刺激组)、B组(安慰刺激组)和C组(空白对照组)各20例,分别于电刺激前、电刺激30min后记录BIS、HR和MAP,并测定相应时间点外周静脉血中血管紧张素Ⅱ和皮质醇的浓度。结果A组电刺激后BIS值、HR和MAP、血管紧张素Ⅱ和皮质醇浓度较基础值显著下降,B组和C组虽然电刺激后各指标也略有下降,但与基础值比较无统计学意义。结论经皮穴位电刺激可以显著降低受试者的BIS值,使其明显放松而处于嗜睡状态,产生深度的镇静作用。
