摘要(Abstract)：

目的观察益气活血方对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者机械通气相关指标的影响。方法 52例AECOPD的患者随机分为治疗组27例与对照组25例,所有患者均根据AECOPD指南接受统一治疗,治疗组在一般治疗的基础上联合益气活血方中药治疗,疗程7 d。比较两组患者有创机械通气时间、通气支持参数、拔管后序贯无创机械通气时间,住院再插管率、中医证候评分、D-二聚体、ICU住院时间、总住院时间、住院病死率、28 d病死率等。结果治疗组平均机械通气时间低于对照组(P <0.05);两组患者在通气支持参数、拔管后序贯无创机械通气时间、脱机后中医证候评分及D-二聚体等方面,治疗组明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。ICU住院时间、总住院时间、住院病死率、28 d病死率方面两组差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论益气活血方治疗AECOPD患者疗效确切。
