中西医结合治疗扩张型心肌病心衰临床研究The Clinical Study on CHF in Patients with Dilated Cardiomyopathy Treated with Integrated Therapy of TCM and WM

摘要(Abstract)：
目的观察中西医结合治疗扩张型心肌病(DCM)心衰(CHF)的临床疗效,并探讨其部分机制。方法将患者64例随机分为对照组与治疗组,两组均予西医常规处理,治疗组加用真武汤,并行心脏超声检查和TNF-α、HS-CRP测定。结果两组治疗后CO、LVEDd和LVEDs均有非常显著性改变;治疗组LVEF治疗后非常显著改善;CO治疗后治疗组较对照组有显著性增加。两组治疗后HS-CRP均有非常显著性改善;治疗组治疗后TNF-α有非常显著性改善;治疗后治疗组TNF-α较对照组有显著性改善,HS-CRP较对照组有非常显著性改善。结论中西医结合治疗DCMCHF具有确切疗效,其机制部分与抑制心肌炎症发展有关。
