养阴清肺汤联合西医常规治疗急性放射性肺炎临床观察

摘要(Abstract)：
目的观察养阴清肺汤联合西医常规治疗对胸部肿瘤放疗后急性放射性肺炎患者肺功能及中医证候的影响。方法患者86例采用随机数字表法分为两组各43例,对照组行西医常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加予养阴清肺汤。两组均治疗4周。比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候评分、咳嗽症状积分、卡氏评分、肺功能及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为81.40%,高于对照组的60.46%(P <0.05)。治疗后两组患者中医证候主症评分、次症评分及总评分均明显下降,观察组下降幅度更大(P <0.05)。治疗后两组患者日间咳嗽症状评分与夜间咳嗽症状评分均明显下降,观察组下降幅度更大,治疗后两组患者卡氏评分均明显升高,观察组升高更明显(P <0.05)。治疗后两组患者肺活量及一氧化碳弥散量水平均明显升高,观察组升高幅度更大(P <0.05)。对照组共出现1例不良反应,观察组出现2例,两组差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论养阴清肺汤联合西医常规治疗较单独使用西医常规治疗可显著提高胸部肿瘤放疗后急性放射性肺炎患者临床疗效,降低中医证候积分、咳嗽症状积分,提高卡氏评分,缓解炎症反应且具有较高的安全性。
