血必净注射液对脓毒症患者凝血功能的影响The Effect of Xuebijing Injection(血必净注射液) on Cruor Function in Sepsis Illness

摘要(Abstract)：
目的探讨血必净注射液对脓毒症患者凝血功能的影响。方法60例无凝血功能障碍的脓毒症患者随机分为两组,对照组30例给予常规综合治疗,治疗组30例加用血必净注射液治疗;分别检测两组患者治疗前、治疗第1、3、7日凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FBG)和血小板计数(PLT)。结果治疗组治疗第7日各项检测指标与对照组比较有显著差异。结论血必净注射液对脓毒症患者的凝血功能有保护作用。
