针刺联合清热利湿中药治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床观察

摘要(Abstract)：
目的观察针刺联合清热利湿中药治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法 72例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予针刺联合中药汤剂治疗,对照组予扶他林缓释片口服,治疗7 d为1个疗程。治疗前后对两组中医证候、临床疗效、尿酸(UA)、血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)进行评价。结果治疗后两组在中医证候方面与治疗前比较均有改善(均P<0.01),治疗组较对照组明显(均P<0.01);两组临床疗效相当(P>0.05);治疗后,两组UA、ESR、CRP等检测指标较治疗前均明显下降,且治疗组中ESR较对照组改善更加明显(均P<0.01)。治疗前后,两组在血尿便常规、肝肾功能、心电图检测方面均未出现与用药安全性评价相关的异常。未见明显不良反应。结论针刺联合清热利湿中药治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床疗效明显,同时能够明显改善急性痛风性关节炎的中医证候,降低UA、ESR、CRP,安全无明显毒副反应。
