健胃愈疡颗粒对胃溃疡胃黏膜疏水性影响的实验研究The Experimental Study on the Effect of Jianweiyuyang Granlue(健胃愈疡颗粒) on Hydrophobicity of Gastric Mucosa in Gastric Ulcer Rats

摘要(Abstract)：
目的观察健胃愈疡颗粒对胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜疏水性的影响,从而探讨其抗溃疡复发作用的机制。方法拟Okabe改良法制作SD大鼠胃溃疡模型,腹腔注射白介素-1β制作胃溃疡复发模型。采用考马斯亮蓝G250染色法和Neuhaus法分别测定大鼠胃黏膜组织中磷脂和氨基己糖的含量。结果在灌胃第10日和灌胃第90日后,健胃愈疡颗粒组磷脂和氨基己糖的含量显著高于模型组和正常对照组。结论健胃愈疡颗粒剂抗复发的作用机理可能与影响胃黏膜的疏水性有关。
