摘要(Abstract)：

毛细血管渗漏综合征是脓毒症常见的并发症。本文通过复习中医文献,结合现代临床和实验研究探讨其中医病机和治法,认为脓毒症毛细血管渗漏综合征是本虚标实证,以阳气亏虚为本,痰浊、水饮、瘀血为标,治疗当以益气温阳为主,佐以化痰、利水、活血。
