摘要(Abstract)：

目的观察负压封闭引流(VSD)技术联合丹黄消炎液治疗感染性糖尿病足坏疽的临床疗效。方法将感染性糖尿病足坏疽患者48例,随机分为两组。对照组24例在常规手术清创后予丹黄消炎液冲洗;治疗组24例在对照组基础上另予VSD联合丹黄消炎液滴注引流。观测两组患者治疗前及治疗后1周、2周、3周的创面面积,视觉模拟评分(VAS),肉芽组织菌落计数,白细胞计数(WBC),体温等以及中医证候积分的变化情况。记录两组治疗前及治疗后血糖(FPG)、血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)]的变化情况。结果治疗1周后,治疗组感染得到控制;治疗2周、3周后治疗组患者的创面面积、VAS评分、肉芽组织菌落计数与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3周后,两组FPG、TC、TG水平均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 VSD联合丹黄消炎液可以有效控制感染、加快创面愈合速度。
