参附注射液对小鼠抗缺氧抗疲劳作用的实验研究Experimental Study on Anti-hypoxic and Anti-fatigue Effect of Shenfu Injection on Mice

摘要(Abstract):
目的研究参附注射液抗缺氧抗疲劳的作用机制。方法选用单一雄性健康昆明种小鼠60只,体质量(22±2)g,随机分成6组,每组10只,分别注射等量的高剂量参附注射液0.2 mg/kg、低剂量参附注射液(原液稀释一半)0.2 mg/kg以及0.9%氯化钠注射液0.2 mg/kg。1周后,测量缺氧状态下以及疲劳状态下小鼠生存的时间,同时取肝组织测定组织中的MDA(丙二醛)、SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)含量。结果耐缺氧和负重游泳状态下,参附注射液高剂量组比生理盐水组存活时间长(P<0.05);负重游泳状态下,SOD含量高剂量组比生理盐水组显著增高(P<0.01)。结论参附注射液具有抗缺氧抗疲劳的作用。
