恶性肠梗阻个体化姑息治疗的实践

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>目前普遍认为恶性肠梗阻(MBO)的治疗原则是以改善生活质量为目标的个体化姑息治疗,但治疗方式选择复杂,临床中需量体裁衣制订个体化方案。中医药在肠梗阻的治疗中有显著疗效,但在MBO的姑息治疗中如何应用,如何规范地进行中西医结合个体化姑息治疗,临床报道并不多见。笔者对1例晚期
