中西医结合治疗难治性海德综合征1例

摘要(Abstract)：
海德综合征跨学科的临床表现，及其“三联征”（主动脉瓣狭窄、顽固性消化道出血、相对应的肠道血管发育不良或获得性血管性血友病综合征）的相关诊查手段的有限准确性，使得该病易被漏诊误诊。其根治疗法——主动脉瓣置换术常因临床上出血扩容与心衰利尿、手术抗凝与输血止血的治疗矛盾而被延误。本文报道1例顽固性消化道出血的海德综合征病例，该患者初期接受肠段切除术后仍反复发生消化道出血，在接受清热活血汤等中药治疗及经皮主动脉瓣置入术（TAVI）后，随访2年未复发缺血与出血事件且心功能得到较大改善。清热活血、益气利水中药与TAVI联合可为高危、难治性海德综合征患者的治疗提供新思路。
