摘要(Abstract)：

目的观察改良下肢损伤洗方经离子导入治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法将90例按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组45例给予常规治疗,试验组45例在给予常规治疗的同时增加改良下肢损伤洗方经离子导入治疗,于治疗前及治疗后观察患肢的VAS评分及肿胀体积。结果两组患者治疗前后疼痛分值比较,组内比较,对照组第5日、第7日VAS评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),试验组第3日、第5日、第7日VAS评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);组间比较,试验组第5日VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后患足肿胀体积比较,组内比较,对照组第5日、第7日患足肿胀明显减轻(P<0.05),试验组第2、3、5、7日患足肿胀明显减轻(P<0.05);组间比较,试验组第2、3、5日患足肿胀减轻幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良下肢损伤洗方经离子导入在治疗急性踝关节扭伤方面有较好疗效,能较快缓解患肢疼痛及肿胀症状。
